which wasnt there at 9.00. Possibly streaming related bug. Was able to read downloaded book. I use this app solely in streaming mode so please fix.

They fixed the app crashing bug in streaming mode in just couple of days.

but, why cant slide to back in menu?

Simple to use and of the 2 comic readers I use, this app can load up not only cbr and cbz files but it can load and unpack zip, rar and ace files too!

Im thrilled to have a well-designed comic reader that has a fit-to-width viewing option. Its a simple option to have, but a lot of comic reader apps dont include this for some reason. The book shelf option is a nice touch, and one I much prefer to standard file list views. Id give it more stars if it was possible.

Had my iPad 2 for a year and when I got iPad 3 I went looking for an app that supported the retina screen. Some site said it was the best and it is. Great set of options, controls are intuitive, and if you dont like how it works you have options that make it feel right to you. I had two other apps before this one and both would occasionally have a hard time with the way certain people compressed their rar files before making them cbz. Well with ComicGlass Ive yet to have that problem. That said not everything is perfect. From time to time it does crash like many apps do. However this is extremely rare, and thats my only negative comment about the app. If youre looking for an amazing comic reader...this is it. Put down your money as you will not be disappointed.

To be honest, this is definitely the best comic reader in the app store, very steady, never crash, support almost all popular comic formats, tons of features for books reading & organizing...but it is still missing one thing to be the perfect reader which is the option of page flipping animation like iBooks or iBunko HD. Hope well see it soon in the future update. BTW, I like the feeling of crystal book cover jacket, really nice job here!

This app is a great comic reader. But when I loaded some new comics it keeps crashing. I will give it the other 2 stars when it is fixed.

I think this app has a limit as to how many cbr files it can have loaded. I had well over 300 individual comic books loaded and while it took a good 10 seconds to start up it had never crashed. I then added Spawn 1-158 cbr files and it will now crash every time I try to run it. App shut down/restart and iPad shut down/restart does NOT solve the problem. On a side note iTunes(winXP) will hang and crash ONLY when Im loading more then 20 cbr files at a time. The error report says that the comic glass app is making a runtime error as Im importing the cbr files. I have tested this MANY times and it only happens when I try to load up more then 20 cbr files at a time. Not that big a deal to me since Im used to XP being stupid for all these years, but its worth noting.

Not only comics car files but this is also superb app for reading PDF. New update just make this app my favorite app for iPad.

I was looking for an app to read my manga and this app can handle em all. It is my favorite comic app for ipad. I highly recommend it!!

I use this app, more than anything else for my iPad, very easy to use and tons of options. I read more comics now in digital form than paper now.

This is normally a 5-star app. Now with the latest update the next page is scrolled to the same location as the last page. So assuming you are at the bottom of the page, when you go to the next page it starts you at the bottom. Before the last update ComicGlass did not do this. Please fix as this is very annoying.

The only bad thing I can say about it is I cant seem to get my "playback" media server on my imac to work with it....I even tried the one the suggest on their website and still had no luck.... Ooh well its a bonus feature I can live without anyways

Simple, yet with many extra features other comic readers dont offer, ComicGlass is the best reader on the App Store. The developer updates often, and the server feature is terrific. If you like reading your own comics on iPad, this is the best money youll ever spend for a reader.

I really like this app, and comicglass is the most frequently used one in my iPad. But FTP is needed for connecting my NAS at home. It is quite bothering to connect to iTunes and PC to download comics. Plz add FTP function!
